The autumn has finally arrived to our city. The crisp air welcomes you in the morning and the slightly raw air tucks you in at night. The autumn just as the spring is the time of change. The color on the leaf turn red and yellow – leave the tree and nourish the ground. The human being store up, build warm nests, hide under warm bulky clothes preparing for the cold winter months to come. I have been out of the scope for a few weeks now and I apologize for not keeping in touch sooner. The last semester in school has just started and I am finally only months away from becoming a Certified Nutrition Therapist. With work, studies and pregnancy I tend to fill my days quite easily. The time in between is pre-booked for well served and much needed rest.
I will take a break from the adventurous life of Healthy Recipe Making but will be back before you know it. In the mean time please stay in touch if you like and furthermore please take this opportunity to go back and try any of the previous Recipes.
